Q: WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO? 
A: Everywhere except: Brazil, EU* & UK* (Please see below*)

Q: I'M FROM THE EU/UK, HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?
A: To order, please visit my Etsy shop. Etsy is able to provide an IOSS number/VAT number for all EU & UK orders that are processed through their site. This means no additional fees or charges will be collected when your package goes through customs. If there are any products you see here but not on my Etsy shop, please feel free to send me a message on there and I will create a custom listing for you. 

However, if you do choose to order through our shop, HappyHello! will not be collecting or remitting VAT. That means VAT will be collected by your country when the package reaches customs. 

All EU & UK customers who purchase directly through my shopify store should be aware that import duties, taxes & charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs.

Any charges incurred are the customer's responsibility, and must be remitted to the customs office in order for the package to be claimed.

Q: HOW LONG IS YOUR PROCESSING TIME? 
A: My current processing time is typically between 3 - 5 days, but can take up to 2 weeks. 

Please remember that this is a small independent business. It is ran by a single person in charge of fulfilling orders. Processing time may waver due to certain circumstances. 

Q: HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
A: Canada (Canada Post) Untracked: 1-5 weeks
Canada (Canada Post) Tracked: 1-2 weeks
United States (USPS) Untracked: 2-5 weeks
United States(USPS) Tracked: 1-2 weeks
International Untracked: 5+ weeks, depending on location
International Tracked: 3+ weeks, depending on location

Q: WHAT ARE YOUR RETURN/REFUND POLICIES? 
A: I do not accept returns. All sales are final. But please contact me if you have a lost or damaged package. Refunds are only given to orders with tracking. (Please read Shipping Policy for more info!)

Q: WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY? 
A: Generally, I do not accept cancellations, but there are exceptions. Please note though, cancellations after 24h of placing your order will not be accepted.

Q: MY PACKAGE WAS DAMAGED/GOT LOST, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
A: If your items were damaged:
• Please contact me with pictures/proof that the items inside the package were damaged
• There are no refunds (unless something in your order is out of stock) but I will offer to re-send your order

If your package is lost:
• For tracked orders, we will either send a replacement or offer a refund (if tracking shows order being stuck or no longer track able)
• Replacement/refund will not be offered unless the status of your order remains in the same location for at least 2+ months
• If tracking shows your order has been delivered but you did not receive the package, please reach out to your local post office as there is not much we can do on our end
• UNTRACKED orders WILL NOT be replaced or refunded

By placing an order, you UNDERSTAND and AGREE that an option for tracked shipping was offered at checkout, and that by selecting untracked shipping, you risk the possibility of your packaged getting lost, therefore refunds cannot be given.
